I happen to think you’re wrong, but I’m happy for you, really. The new Watch Dogs: Legion Bloodline DLC is out now, and it adds a bearded Capman to the most recent of Ubisoft’s hackfests. Bloodline is about Pearce and the masked hacker Wrench from Watch Dogs 2 heading seperately to Legion’s London in pursuit of a device that will allow whoever owns it to control an army of robots....
They’ve also revealed their post-launch roadmap, so hopefully it’ll run well enough by February for you to enjoy the New Game+ and Hardcore modes. The PC tech issues are indeed widespread, as Digital Foundry also report above. They say the issues are down to it not precompiling its shaders, which they know because the stuttering goes away if you replay a section you’ve already suffered through. No PC is immune, apparently, so don’t go in thinking everything will be peachy even if your rig is beefy....
The CDL Moshpit playlist was the only competitive option scheduled to hit Modern Warfare 2 ahead of the game’s official ranked mode, which was confirmed for an unspecified launch sometime in 2023 earlier this month. Treyarch have advised players to keep track of Infinity Ward’s Modern Warfare 2 Trello board for any updates on when the Moshpit mode will arrive in the game. At least there’s the free to play Warzone 2 to tide you over, which launched just yesterday....

The two major updates for Cult Of The Lamb will concentrate on enhancing different aspects of the delightfully evil game. Relics Of The Old Faith focuses on Cult Of The Lamb’s endgame. Massive Monster’s roadmap for the game during the first half of 2023 shows they’re aiming to add more enemies too. There’ll also be deeper combat, with new moves such as heavy attacks. The second update, arriving mid-year, will tackle cult management, plonk down some extra story elements and bring greater customisation....
Returning to Derail Valley, an unusually physical freight-only train game set Somewhere in the Balkans, for the first time since May’s root-and-branchline ‘Overhauled’ update, I make a bee-line for one of the new Class DE6 diesels. When I find a “This locomotive requires a licence” message affixed to the locked cab door, I go looking for an office in order to purchase the relevant paperwork. The office’s multi-function ATM delivers bad news....
