And, like, obviously the corpo V is the coolest one? Sorry, I don’t make the rules, we are all sellouts now. The other two lifepaths are Street Kid and Nomad....
Creaks is a platform-based puzzle game. I thought I was not particularly good at puzzle games. I am in fact hopeless at them. I am a fool, a dunce, an entire bowl. It has stumped me in a time so short I am ashamed to divulge it. It’s still pretty good though. I shouldn’t admit that I don’t have the vocabulary to describe exactly how I can tell that Creaks is made by Amanita Design just by looking at it....
We haven’t heard much about DokeV since it was shown at Gamescom last year. Back in May, Jin-young confirmed that DokeV would become a “metaverse platform” after speculation that the game could feature a Play To Earn system. Now, unsubstantiated rumours have emerged on Twitter that DokeV’s core developers have left Pearl Abyss. Take that with a massive pinch of salt, though Pearl Abyss did mention in their earnings call that their core development team is concentrating on Crimson Desert for now....
If you have played CK2, however, then I honestly don’t know what to say to you. You might find that CK3 preserves the best of CK2, while losing some of the irritations. Or you might find that it has preserved the general structure, while losing the magic. Which end of that spectrum you skew towards will depend on what details of CK2 your particular devils resided in. I like it a lot....

You’ll be able to stealth around fights or commit to party-based combat, and the simultaneous turns allow for interrupts and an almost real-time pace. Made by Red Hook Studios, Darkest Dunegon will have you dragging adventurers into dire dungeons, slaying monsters and working to discover what strange things are afoot. It started life in early access in 2015, and I recently interviewed the devs about that experience. They loved early access, and plan on doing it all again when they release the sequel this year. It’s the sort of game that can be terribly difficult, but that just makes you wanna stick with it all the more....
RocketWerkz showed off about a half hour of what playing Icarus for the first time will be like. It’s a survival game with building and crafting so, as you can imagine, that starts with whacking trees, picking stones up off the ground, and then using them to build yourself a little wood cabin for shelter. Beyond those usual survival concerns, Hall explains how you’ll need to collect oxygen to stay alive and avoid natural dangers like storms, forest fires, lightning strikes, and animals....

Living in a shitty apartment and barely able to pay rent, Gordy is determined to push for one last shot at musical successwith Dead Pets before the band finally calls it quits. The game is a mixture of slice-of-life drama and band management sim as you try and help Gordy get her shit together while juggling her pushy parents, part-time job, romantic interests, and keeping the members of the band together....

Unlike the wildly disappointing boss at the end of last season, Inotam’s fight has some new bits to it. One of the Final Cut’s biggest single features, beyond the voice acting, adds new “political vision quests” which explore the far corners of the various political beliefs. Let’s see what we’ve got… City Crawl is a campaign where battles against AI, puzzle battles, and normal matches conquers city tiles which eventually lead to cosmetic bits. Season One has started. Ace Effects have been removed. New Alliances are in: Summoner; Vigilant; and Void. New items are in too. Balance has been tweaked. You can now decorate your board with props to make it look nice. New boards are now in to unlock, and people who played enough in the beta can get some old ones too....
