Twitter leaker momomo_us spotted them at the end of last week on the product page for Asus’ TUF Dash 15 laptop and a set of documents referring to Acer’s Nitro 5 laptop, although the Asus page seems to have since been updated and the RTX 3050 Ti information removed at time of writing. Fortunately, they did manage to screencap the Asus page, which I’ve embedded below. Sure, at first glance, it could simply be the case that someone’s photoshopped a very convincing RTX 3050 Ti underneath the real set of specs, but it’s the Acer details that give this rumour a bit more weight....

In this gif from developer Pillow Castle’s announcement post, one player picks up their friend and plops them up high on a platform. It looks as though that friend gets bigger as they go too, which I feel is somehow going to make the game even more confusing than it was already. Superliminal added a battle royale-style mode last month, which pits 12 people against each other in a series of “frantic” obstacle courses....

Raft debuted as a pay-what-you-want prototype doodad in December 2016, and even then it was fun. A formal Steam Early Access launch followed in May 2018, and it was fun then too. John Walker said at the time, “Once it’s filled with a few dozen more features, this’ll be one of the best survival-me-dos out there.” Well! It’s a perfect lunchbreak game, with even winning runs (I’ve had a mere handful) taking maybe 20 minutes. You flick through a series of small randomly-generated levels, taking ’turns’ to move from square to square, triggering monsters to do the same....
