The first potential ability we see is Loba’s translocator. I say potential, but datamines suggested she’d be able to teleport, so it’s not a huge surprise. It seems like her translocating device could work similar to Sombra’s in Overwatch, where you throw it where you want to end up, then warp to it. Swooping in last year, Ghostrunner asks - and immediately answers - one very simple question: what if Mirror’s Edge had swords, though? Presenting you with a massive, grimy, neon-tinted urban sprawl, Ghostrunner is a parkour playground. These wallrides and butt-slides aren’t just for show, mind - the authorities of this dystopia don’t want you sliding and wallrunning and grappling your way through this dystopian backlot, sending all sorts of goons after you....

You can find the tavern at Gloomwood’s cliffs. The devs say that it contains the “deadliest foe you’ve yet to encounter”, and I don’t think they mean a bunch of students necking shots of Goldschläger. Unfortunately, once you’re inside the tavern you’ll find it’s a lock-in. You won’t be able to get out until you’ve bested the foe waiting for you, because they have the key. If you don’t fancy taking on whatever leary patron is prowling the tavern then you can always steal it from them instead....

The latest spin-off from The Witcher trilogy (and technically the spin-off of the standalone Gwent spin-off), Gwent: Rogue Mage puts you in charge of two mages, Alzur and Lyliana, attempting to create the very first Witcher hundreds of years before Geralt’s adventures. They do this by apparently journeying over a board of randomised roguelike encounters, stopping at each one for either a Gwent battle or an event, before facing off against a final boss to bag a mutagen needed for their radical experiments....

That is nice, isn’t it. Clever little bit of maths to satisfying effect.
