Runner “Mitchriz” will be taking on Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice while blindfolded, with an estimated time of 2:45:00. It’s very impressive stuff. He uses all sorts of glitches and cheeses, and says it took around a month to prepare for (which honestly sounds like a very small amount of time to learn how to complete a game without seeing it)....

Starting with their Ryzen 5000 mobile CPUs, these will be based on the same Zen 3 architecture and 7nm manufacturing process as their desktop counterparts. Leading the pack are two Ryzen 9 chips: the Ryzen 9 5900HX and Ryzen 9 5980HX. Both are 8-core / 16-thread CPUs with TDPs that start at 45W, and they’ll be able to boost up to clock speeds of 4.6GHz and 4.8GHz respectively. They look set to offer quite the jump in performance over Intel’s competing Core i9-10980HK, with up to a 35% improvement in overall CPU performance according to AMD’s initial benchmark figures....
According to Bloomberg, EA will hold a meeting this week to determine the game’s fate. They say EA executives will review the latest version of Anthem Next, and decide if it’s worth expanding the team, or dumping the project altogether. Anthem Next’s dev team consists of about 30 people, though Bloomberg’s sources say they need “at least triple” the amount of devs to properly overhaul the game. They add that Next will make major changes to Anthem’s “core systems and user interface” (which BioWare have shown a bit of already), though they don’t know when or if players will see these changes in the current live game....
Naturally, 240Hz monitors with a 1440p resolution still command quite a premium over lower refresh rate 1440p screens, but at £469 (US pricing TBC), the AOC Agon AG273QZ is still quite a bit easier on the wallet than Samsung’s £540 / $700 Odyssey G7. A large part of that is likely down to the AOC’s choice of panel, which uses a flat TN screen instead of Samsung’s curved, VA-based Quantum Dot technology....
Let’s get that price out of the way first. Yes, this monitor costs £1875 big ones. It doesn’t seem to be available in the US at time of writing, but given its UK price, I wouldn’t be surprised if the AG353UCG ended up around the $2000 mark. It’s a lot, no doubt about it, but given the 27in Asus ROG Swift PG27UQ and Acer Predator X27 both cost £2300 and £2100 respectively when they first came out two years ago, it’s actually not quite as horrendous as I was expecting....

Ollie had a good time with the demo of the game during last October’s Steam Next Fest: Ollie then became obsessed with how satisfying it was to cut down trees, however. That doesn’t sound like it would be good for the bees....

Each map is a large contested region divided into a few dozen zones, over which you roll and fire and cower in your big metal shell like a boring nerd....
There’s no official date set for the update yet, but you can read Platinum’s full plans in a blog post. The update’s split into two halves, with one focused on providing new content, and the other full of changes to try to improve the game based on player feedback. And I would imagine there’s a lot of that to go through, based on how critical the reviews for Babylon’s Fall were....

There are two new Cleaners, the game’s playable characters, available on the journey: former firefighter Sharice, who has defensive buffs; and Heng, who can sense nearby hive entrances and gear through walls....
Due to some technical difficulties during our hands-on preview session, I was the only RPS squad member who actually made it into a PvP match, so most of my experience is based on playing with strangers, which we all know is never as good as playing with a proper group of mates. However, even if you do end up playing Back 4 Blood Versus with friends, the 4v4 maps I got to play definitely felt like they gave the human team a much bigger advantage than the side playing as part of the game’s zombie horde....
